About Brian
Strategic and empathetic UX/CX leader with 15+ years of experience driving human-centered design in complex, highly regulated environments. As Head of UX at TBWA, I co-founded the agency’s CX group, integrating formerly siloed teams across UX, strategy, tech, and analytics to create scalable, accessible, and inclusive digital experiences for patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. I’m a collaborative systems thinker, passionate mentor, and team builder, with roots in science and cultural heritage through work with the Smithsonian Institution and Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory. My expertise spans content strategy, information architecture, user research, accessibility, and design operations.
My home is in the healthcare communications space and I have worked on more than 25 brands, treating various disease states including oncology, psychiatry, respiratory, medical devices, and rare diseases.
